Felix Sater's Bio:
Hello! I'm Felix Sater.
Felix Sater is a multifaceted businessman and investor in New York City. His passion and main field of work is commercial, residential, and mixed-use real estate, primarily large-scale development projects in urban areas. He has been an advisor for such companies as Rixos, Symbol Construction, Mirax Group, TxOil, and The Trump Organization. He has also started several business endeavors of his own, including but not limited to:

In addition to all of the above keeping his time busy, Felix is also a serial angel advisor, always looking for new and exciting business endeavors. But business can’t be everything. He is also a proud husband and father of three girls, and is extremely active in the Chabad of Port Washington, as well as dozens of philanthropic efforts for causes he supports.
In addition to the Trump SoHo, I have spearheaded dozens of other real estate endeavors through Bayrock Group, as an advisor to the Trump Organization, through my advising with Rixos, Symbol Construction, Mirax Group, and others, as well as my own companies: Regency Capital Advisors and Sands Point Partners.
